Terms of Use

Rules governing the use of our CNC machining services and your responsibilities as a client.

01

Service Scope

We provide multi-axis CNC milling, vertical turning, and EDM services for heavy-duty metal stamping dies. All work is performed to the specifications agreed upon in your work order. Any deviation from the approved design must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our engineering team before production begins.

02

Client Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate 3D models, material specifications, and tolerance requirements. Any missing or incorrect data may delay production and affect final part quality. You must also ensure that the part design is suitable for the intended application and complies with all applicable safety standards.

03

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific work order. We are not liable for indirect damages, production downtime, or losses resulting from part failure in your equipment. All parts are inspected before shipment, but final fitness for use rests with the client.

04

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications you provide remain your property. We will not share or reuse your designs without written permission. Our proprietary machining methods and tooling configurations are our intellectual property and may not be replicated or disclosed to third parties.

05

Termination Rights

Either party may terminate a work order with 14 days written notice. If termination occurs after production has started, you are responsible for costs incurred up to that point. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met or if the requested work violates any applicable laws.

06

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For questions or legal inquiries, contact us at info@warrnamboolsmc.com or 45, Prabha Heights, Hinjewadi.
